Sitting along the Sconser shoreline opposite the Island of Raasay, the course benefits from some of Skye's beautiful scenery, especially the view over Braes to the Trotternish Peninsula. When the light is right, you may even spot the famous Old Man of Storr. However, if you can take your eyes off the scenery long enough to concentrate on your golf, you will find that many of our 9 holes have a different tee for the second time around. This alters the character of the holes, especially on two of the par 3s. We believe this is the first and only course in the world to have its holes named in Gaelic. As you look through this hole-by-hole guide, you will find the meaning of these hole names.
