Visitors of all abilities can expect a warm welcome all year round. You can just roll up but we recommend booking ahead during the summer months.

VISITOR BOOKINGS

In order to use our online booking system, you must first Register as a Casual Golfer on the Scottish Golf website. This generates a Membership number and stores your chosen password which you can then use to book a tee time with any Scottish golf club which uses the Scottish Golf booking platform (there is no charge to register):

Go to Home - Scottish Golf

1. Click on Golfer Login.

2. Scroll down to Sign up here.

3. Select Sign up as a Casual Player.

4. Complete the details – name, email, date of birth. Click the Terms and Conditions box, and Register →

5. You will then receive an email with a link to complete your address details and create a password. Submit →

6. You will then receive another email with your 10-digit Membership number.

Come back to the Isle of Skye Golf Club website www.isleofskyegolfclub.co.uk

1. Select Member Login and input your Membership number and Password.

2. Select Book Now

3. Select the Date you wish to play from those displayed or input a future date to the Select Date box and press Search.

4. Select a tee time, complete the Player information and select 9 or 18 holes. Submit.

5. Enter credit card details to complete the booking.

If you have difficulty in making a booking, please send your desired date, preferred tee time, number of players, and contact details to our email address: iofsgc@gmail.com 

Even if you are unable to make a booking, the booking system will allow you to view availability.

Please note that booking online may incur a small booking fee on behalf of Scottish Golf.

Time of Play

Visitors are welcome at any time except Saturday and Sunday mornings when members play in club competitions.

Rules and Etiquette

We do not enforce any dress code but would ask golfers to dress tidily and to avoid football shirts and shorts.

Please take care not to disturb other players on the course. If you are holding up anyone, please step aside where you are safe and wave them through.

Club Hire

Gents, ladies, right- and left-handed clubs are available for hire @ £14.50 including trolley. Sorry, but we do not have sit-on buggies or power caddies available for hire.

Shop

Normal opening hours are 9am to 5pm, We sell a range of golfing supplies from tees to jumpers, including a range of items with the Isle of Skye GC logo, confectionery, and cold drinks.

We accept all major credit cards in the shop though not American Express. Cheques can be made payable to the Isle of Skye Golf Club.

During the winter months (October 31st - April 1st), the clubhouse is closed. There is an "honesty box" in the visitors' room which may be used at these times or when the clubhouse staff are unavailable. Please deposit your payment along with your name, contact details, and date and time of playing in the safe provided. Fill out a yellow bag label and attach it to your bag.
